ANAF Order no. 78/2012 amending the Procedure for requesting and issuing the office registration certificate was published in the Official Gazette no. 75 on 30 January 2012.
According to the order, requests for issuing the office registration certificate and for the document certifying the right to use the registered office submitted ??in the first half of a working day will be solved the same day.
