New changes to forms 100 and 101

The Valcea General Directorate for Finance (DGFP) informs taxpayers that ANAF Order no. 70/2012 amending ANAF Order no. 101/2008 concerning forms used for declaring tax liabilities subject to self-assessment or withholding (Forms 100 and 101) has been approved by the ANAF President. The Order will enter into force once it is published in the Official Gazette.
