Government adopts amendments to the Fiscal Procedural Code

The Government adopted changes to the Ordinance amending Government Ordinance no.92/2003 regarding the Fiscal Procedural Code on Wednesday. The new provisions are aimed at increasing the efficiency of tax receivables management.
