An Ordinance has been published in the Official Gazette amending the Fiscal Procedural Code and bringing clarifications regarding the submission of the annual profit tax return for 2011.
The annual profit tax return for 2011 is to be filed by all taxpayers to the corresponding tax authority by 25 March 2012 (as opposed to 25 April), except for non-profit organisations and taxpayers that derived the majority of their income from agricultural activities, who have a filing deadline of 25 February 2012 for the annual profit tax return for 2011.
